DX, in the case of right hinge, SX in oppo-

site case.

Attach the covers (C, D) to the lugs and the

hinge holes.

Attach the hinge covers (E) to the hinge.

Disconnect the parts (Ha), (Hb), (Hc) and

(Hd).
